Project "e-justice" is the central subject of the Strategy of computerisation of Slovenian judicial system 2008-2013. The Strategy prepared by the Ministry of Justice in cooperation with all stakeholders of judicial system in the Republic of Slovenia represents a fundamental document, with which to enhance and implement computerisation of judicial system in the period 2008-2013.

 
To implement efficiently the project, partially financed from the resources of the European Social Fund, the Ministry of Justice has established the Project Unit E-justice. The Project Unit will lead uniformly all stakeholders of the project "e-justice" towards the common goal of the project, which is computerisation of the Slovenian justice.
