The Ministry of Justice ensures the transparency of its work by providing complete and accurate information within a reasonable period of time on issues within its own sphere of work. It provides this information to public media via regular and specially-arranged press conferences and official press releases, and through publicity campaigns and other forms of cooperation with the media and public.

The transparency of the ministry's work is guaranteed by the Minister, the transparency of the work of ministerial bodies is guaranteed by their heads. Information, clarifications, notifications, press releases and other information are provided by the Minister, State Secretary, Genaral Directors and the spokesperson who is responsible as well for the organisation and running of public relations.
